There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
I have heard that some employers, if you sign the full time offer after your summer, will pay for the second year of school. Does anyone know what employers are they? Investment Banks?
This almost never happens anymore. The big banks and consulting firms will pay a signing bonus but it won't pay for your second year of school. Especially not after taxes.
When I was at school Deloitte did that for their interns who received full time offer. They also will pay for 2 year worth of b-school (at certain schools) tuition for returning Deloitte consultants (at Deloitte prior to b-school).
This is on top of their normal sign-on bonus. Part of the reason Fuqua has huge Deloitte post-MBA numbers.
No idea about the banks. Consulting firms that still pay for returning interns' second year tuition include Deloitte, Accenture, LEK, and Cambridge Group. Some international offices of MBB do as well, but not the US ones.
This is not necessarily true for interns who sign full-time offers. See my post above.

Also it is often that your pre MBA employer sends you to school and pays for it if you return.

I wouldn't say often. This was more common 5-10 years ago, but many firms have greatly reduced their educational reimbursement programs. Quite a few of the consulting firms still offer this perk for top performers.
