My transcript does not mention that the language of instruction was English and I haven’t attached the proof of English language proficiency from my school in the application. I’m now concerned if this is enough to disqualify me from getting an interview. Anyone has any experience regarding this or anyone received an interview invite from HBS without submitting this document or test score?

Good day
I dont think they will disqualify your application, they would just ask you to submit the English language proficiency score.
You could contact you Bachelor college/university and ask them to issue you the medium of instruction letter to you via email which you could forward to HBS
