I've recently given my Enhanced Online GMAT. I want to know if I can send my scores to the colleges whenever I want for the next five years or is there any time limit as to send the scores for free?

Hi. Currently, sending scores for the online GMAT is free. I’m not sure that it will always be free and as history proves about most things, it likely will change at some point. Most likely people will be grandfathered and those who have taken the test in the past would be allowed to send score reports for free, most likely.
At the same time, if you’re happy with the score, you might as well send it in. If you decide to retake you can always retake and send the other one in…. Especially if you were not planning to apply for a couple years and potentially may miss news or deadline from GMAT about sending the score for free for a while.
However, there’s definitely no rush to do it now, this week, this month or probably even this year. While I was in dissipates changes to free unlimited score reports at some point, it’ll likely take quite a bit of time so you definitely have time to think and decide but you may as well send it in.
PS. This is just my projection and I guess at this time. Obviously nobody knows the future and how things will change.

As BB mentioned, it's difficult to know what will happen in the future, so I think once you have an idea of your desired schools (assuming you are happy with your GMAT score) that you begin sending in your score report.
