Hi ,

Does anyone know how to get an Enhanced Score Report for the cancelled GMAT score?

Here's what I have found so far regarding this topic at this link( https://www.mba.com/us/frequently-asked-questions/enhanced-score-report.aspx#question7 ):
    Q: Can I get an Enhanced Score Report for a GMAT Exam where I cancelled my scores?
    A: Yes, the Enhanced Score Report authentication code can be applied to a GMAT Exam which has been cancelled by the test taker, however it cannot be applied to a GMAT Exam when the score was revoked due to a policy violation.

    Q: Can I get an ESR for a GMAT Exam where I cancelled my scores?
    A: Yes, the ESR authentication code can be applied to a GMAT Exam which has been cancelled by the test taker, however it cannot be applied to a GMAT Exam when the score was revoked due to policy violation.

Thanks for your reply, but I don't see anything under the "Actions" category (I also tried using Chrome, IE, Safari, but still don't see anything there). Here's my screenshot:

Hi people!

Just a quick update! Something was wrong with the mba.com website, and I ended up reaching out to store@mba.com. I got a reply from the MBA store with my Enhanced Score Report in PDF format, and I was promised that the website issue with the ESR link not being available next to my cancelled score would be fixed. I hope this info helps others who are in the same situation.

Hi all,

I believe it is an issue only with cancelled scores as the ESR I ordered last year for a reportable score was available immediately!

There might be some problem with the system in your case.

Give them some time, they will get back to you soon. :)
