A lot of usability suggestions = nice way of saying a lot of "why don't you have this feature" and "i dont like the way it works" end user complaints

But I'll take it! :-D

and how is the random number related to the members? I mean how a winner is decided based on the random number generated..?

Venkat recently graduated with a PhD degree and now working as a scientist in academia. He specializes in developing medical and diagnostic devices applying micro and nanotechnologies. His (short-term) future goal is to move to industry and to have a career in management consulting and business development. Venkat is also interested in starting an NGO in India to work on different themes. But before all this, he wants to pursue an MBA, in a good B-School - thus having a strong edifice for fullfilling his career and non-profit goals...
