I gave my Kira assessment recently for RSM. There are few aspects I thought would help prospective applicants:
Video Questions:
I got 2 introspective questions.
Details: 45 sec for prep, 90 sec for response
Written Questions:
One situational question - I remember CEO telling something to employees
Details: No Prep time. 10 minutes to write a response. Highlight - the board highlights spell mistakes so I just focused on the structure. Recommend to practice without enabling auto spell checks though

Q1. Describe a time you have failed. What did you learn from it?
Q2. How willing are you to change your communication skills in an academic/professional environment to better interact with your classmates/colleague?
Prep Time: 45 sec
Recording Time: 90 sec
The written question was like this:
You are the CEO and have just taken a decision which will reduce the market share of a top product of your company by 20%. Write an email to your employees informing them about this.
Total time: 10 minutes

Video question 1: Have you ever been in a situation where your decision was received with a lot of pushback? How did you feel? What did you do?
Video question 2: AN RSM MBA is very diverse and has people coming from various countries. How will you make the team inclusive and help those who are not interactive in the team?

You are the CEO. Write an email to your employees about 20% of the staff being laid off over the next 6 months. Feel free to add any extra details.

1. Tell me a time when things did not go as per plan professionally OR personally? What did you do and what did you learn?
2. RSM is a diverse program. How will ensure that you include all the nationalities in your interactions with your classmates?
1 WRITTEN QUESTION: Time given 10 Minutes, total 250 words.
3. As a CEO write a letter to all your employees, telling them that 20% of the workforce shall be laid off within the next 6 months.

Q2. Mention a job where I was a teammate but not a least. What did I do and what was the outcome.
