Let the number of votes Erica received = 3x
Nicky received = 2x
Given: 3x = 60, x = 20
So, Nicky received = 2x = 2*20 = 40
Total = 40 + 60 = 100
IMO, (D)!

60/x = 3/2
solve for x, x = 40
