Hi,
I do keep an
error log for sc, rc and cr. The purpose to do this is to check if you're spending more time than nescessary when you tackle each question.
I also keep an extra column, called question type, so that I can see if most of my mistakes are all coming from a particular type of question.
For instance, if you do 10 sc questions, and get 5 of them wrong, 4 of which tests on subject-verb agreement, and the other is test on parallelism, then you know you're weak in subject-verb and need to go brush that area up.
The same works for CR and RC. You might do perhaps 100 CR and notice 49 of our mistakes all comes from questions asking you to look for an assumption, then you know where your weak point is.
Apart from keeping a column called question type, I keep another column called mistake type. In this column, I just type in if it's a concept error, or a careless mistake. That way, you can keep track of your performance as you work through the problems.
I'll try and put up my version of the
error log later today.
