I have been selected for the Msc internation management program at Esade and the MiM program at ESCP. Which one should I choose?
I am 23 years old. An engineer from India and I plan on starting at a marketing role in a tech company (preferentially the gaming industry)

Congratulations for the admits. I do not know much about the placements of these schools but they are highly reputed. ESADE's ranking is continuously growing from many years. I would pick ESADE, if I were you.
It is good that you are very specific about a function and industry. If you are flexible in tech companies and not only gaming industry, you can get such roles. All the best.

Hi, Congrats on your admit at ESADE and ESCP. If you don't have any specific reason, then go with ESADE only.
