No. Its not just about leadership. Leadership is one aspect. Teamwork is another. Ethics is a third. Analytical skills or quantative rigor is another.

ask yourself, does a leader deal with teamwork, ethics, and analytics?

ask yourself, does a leader deal with teamwork, ethics, and analytics?


I agree with you -- my point is that if you just say leadership, people may miss on these critical elements and just focus on how they "manage". People confuse leadership and management all the time.
