From my research on the matter...
When AdComs see your marvelous essays and compare it with poor English/AWA score - they see a disconnect and can assume you hired someone to (help) write it.
Said that: you have a really good score in English and a 4 on AWA is probably not bad (percentile?) - so I wouldn't worry about it.
