Can anyone suggest good website/resources to assist for Essay writing for schools?
Also-though I have OK type GMAT score 720 (V-90,Q-90)
, I scored only 4 
in AWA. Does it have any impact on my applications?

Hypothesis on the matter would be that with a lower AWA can be entirely offset by the quality of your essays - with a 4.0 easily (the only way this wouldn't work is if you got say a 2.0, then you wrote stellar essays - then people think someelse wrote them).
Having said that, I don't think a 4.0 is anything to worry about too much. Just put the work in.
There are several threads on essay books on here - Montauk and Bodine are the two preferred texts by people on here.

Paul Bodine's book is pretty essential.
