Lots to like here! Your work experience in particular seems quite strong - great advancement, leadership, and results. Your extracurriculars seem strong too. On your GMAT, your Quant is excellent, though your Verbal is just slightly below where I'd like to see it for a non-native English speaker, so keep that in mind for your essays and interviews, that demonstrating strong English communication skills is important. It would be a nice bonus if you had some exposure to living or working in another country, but you definitely don't need to speak another language. Given the criteria that you mention, here are a few schools that come to mind that you might want to consider...

Safe: USC, Georgetown, Emory, Foster
