GMAT - 710
Grad - 74.1% Chemical Engineering
12 - 88%
10 - 95 %

Work Ex - Analyst at Deloitte USI consulting. Working on FP&A tool called Anaplan, providing solutions to the Clients. 
(Aug 2019 - till present)

Looks decent but an admit to ISB would entirely depend on how you can show the Responsibilities you held, Promotions etc and most imp'ly how you can justify why MBA

Hi tony16789y , Your work experience looks good on the surface. Talking about your stats, your undergrad GPA is good, with a decent GMAT score. ISB prefers candidates who have had a steady career progression and substantially contributed to their organisation. ISB evaluates candidates profile on the following criteria 1) Academic excellence 2) Great work experience 3) Diversity Make sure you think through good examples to showcase the above while working on your application. i) Your undergrad school

ii) Your career progression

iii) Any work-related accomplishments

iv) Your post-ISB goals

Without these, any holistic evaluation about your profile, would be infeasible.
