Hi, I have a question to ask, how do ad com evaluates candidates from countries that are really under represented to non-existent in top US B-schools? And is there anything you would suggest to do when applicants are from these countries?

Hi tanimatt, Great question - so it is imperative as a URM to illustrate what knowledge and experience you can bring to the classroom discuss and to the overall cultural awareness of your cohort. In general, this can be through your work or personal experiences and potentially your short/long term goals. There are many ways to do this, happy to discuss offline with your individual profile in mind - JeniferT@ARINGO.com.

Sajjad1994, this is going to be a bit different for everyone, but it is important to target MBA programs that meet your short and long term goals via function, sector and employers. ARINGO believes in crafting individual applications that illustrate the intersection of who you are and what the school is looking for in a candidate by leveraging your experiences, growth record, accomplishments and impact.

with this limited knowledge, I would recommend targeting schools in the 15-25 range

nightblade354, You are correct but this question was asked via subscription form :)

Here is another question ...... I dropped out of my undergrad CS Major and pursued the corporate world and I have working experience of 6 years. Can you guide me for the colleges that I can apply without any undergrad degree?

These schools are likely going to be a bit limited. Have you taken the GMAT or GRE yet? these schools are going to looking for some sort of academic experience to see if you are ready for the rigors of their program. I would recommend reaching out to specific schools you are interested in and inquiring. Its not unheard of, but certainly a case by case experience. It is more likely that you could gain admission to an EMBA program in a few years without a degree.

For schools who expect just 1 LOR, do they prefer having an LOR from a current supervisor or an LOR from a previous supervisor should suffice? Is there any preference given here?

Hi Laks2021, do you have leadership outside of the classroom (in undergrad) or community wise outside of work? These are great areas to shine with leadership. If not, being able to talk about managing projects and leading groups to execute and achieve goals or milestones is another way to illustrate leadership... this may also be part of your short-term goal - to move into industry to take ownership and leadership of a team to create something of your own versus for someone else.
