Congratulations on your admits!
I am leaning towards Booth. Not just because of rankings of the FT programs but also logistics and being able to take advantage of the EMBA benefits - it would be a lot stronger and powerful being in Chicago and being a part of the Booth community rather than being in Chicago and being part of the Ross community. There are lots of Rossers in Chicago but it is not the same.
Moreover, you can take advantage of any on campus speaker series, recruiting, and other events. You can schedule a study session in the city (when these things are back to being normal), perhaps do lunch, dinner or hangout with your classmates (there will be a small group of Rossers commuting from Chicago as well so it is not like all or nothing but you may find some of them annoying, not your type, or not having the same professors or schedules). You won't likely be recruiting on campus but if Amazon or others do come, you have a chance to hear them talk and learn more about the process and potentially network about other more senior position. Booth name is also more likely to catch an eye due to their strong FT rankings and being in the top 5, 3, or 1 depending which rankings you use
