Answer A with no doubt :)

We are looking for the sentence that is parallel with the sentence right before ''while''.

the number of annual home foreclosures will continue to increase / while/ the number of new home sales will continue to decrease

Official Explanation :

The sentence is correct as written. Those is ambiguous because it does not refer to anything specifically, so eliminate (B) and (D). It is similarly ambiguous, so eliminate (C).

The two remaining, (A) and (E), differ in how they order the words. The sentence is listing two possible future trends in the housing market, and the two things should be listed in parallel form. The non-underlined portion of the sentence uses continue to increase, and only (A) uses the parallel construction continue to decrease. The correct answer is (A).

Experts examining trends in the housing market predict that the number of annual home foreclosures will continue to increase while the number of new home sales will continue to decrease.

(A) the number of new home sales will continue to decrease --> correct parallelism: The number of A will continue to increase while the number of B will continue to decrease

(B) those of new home sale decrease

(C) it decreases for new home sales

(D) those of new home sales decrease

(E) there are decreases for the number of new home sales
