In TTP , it is mentioned that unique exponents of like bases can be determined if they’re integer or fractions. I don’t get it how can they be fractions. If they are fractions then we won’t anyway get unique values. Pls clarify.
Also can factors be negative? As per TTP they can only be positive but I’ve seen cases where they can be negative even if the number is positive. So even positive numbers have negative factors but as per TTP that’s not the case. ScottTargetTestPrep
