It's been awhile since anyone has added detail to this thread. I'm curious to know if anyone has more recent thoughts on the the way completing a UC Berkeley Extension class could impact your admission profile to a top school.
I have a low Quant score and a bunch of Bs in Econ on my transcript from college (3.59 college gpa overall, lifted by History classes).
Does anyone have thoughts on which class would be more attractive to Harvard/Kellogg/Yale admissions committees? I'm choosing between (1) Math for Management and (2) Introduction to Statistics.
Hoping to apply Round 1, so I'm a bit time constrained in wanting to ensure I also dedicate the right amount of time to my essays, etc.

Hey guys! I just started looking into extension courses to boost my chances at getting into a good MBA program in the future. I am still a few years away from applying.
I have a few questions regarding these courses.
1.) Does anyone have any success stories regarding these extension courses making a difference?
2.) It seems like these extension courses are really easy to enroll in and is open to basically anyone in public. Is there any "prestige" or "better" extension courses for certain concentration? Are they directly correlated to the rank of MBA programs since some of the classes are taught by MBA professors? For example Kellogg extension classes are better for Marketing, etc.
3.) If I would like to get into for example Anderson, would it be better to take the extension courses from UCLA or take it somewhere with higher "prestige" like I mentioned in question 2 or a top tier school such as Harvard.
