First of all, I wanted to share with you all that my GMAT journey has now ended today with a score of 770 (Q51, V44). I had previously scored 710 twice, once with a Q49, V37 in May 2019 and then with Q48, V40 in July 2019.
I now have a few questions, since I couldn't make it to the first round of a lot of top B-schools in the US earlier. Can I now apply to the same schools again or do I have to sit out for this admission cycle for those business schools? Also is it worthwhile to apply after round 2 as an International applicant from India, though I am currently in US for more than 3 years on an H1B? Do I stand a chance for scholarships after round 2?

Congratulations!!!!
Unfortunately you cannot apply to the same school twice in the same year. You will have to wait it out. As an alternative, however, since it is a bit of an odd year with a lower application volume, I could see you reaching out to the AdCom and see what they would say... perhaps they would reconsider.... as to scholarship, yes, R2 should not be in your way but as an Indian National, scholarships are very competitive in any round and are easier to get in Top 20 schools rather than Top 10 since Top 10 is not going to be as motivated by a score.
Fantastic job!!! R2 is just fine to apply.

Thanks , are you saying i could reach out to the schools, which rejected me without an interview earlier in round 1.?
