Hello,
I've been admitted into the MBA program at CSUF and I need to pick a specialization in the spring. I’m interested in pursuing a career as an ecommerce/website analyst. Should I pick a specialization in Finance or Business Intelligence to break into the before mentioned career path? Currently, I don’t have any previous experience as an analyst.
Also, I would be extremely grateful if anyone could suggest any type of coursework that would be particularly beneficial for my future employment prospects.

I think you should go for Business Intelligence, Finance is way to broad.

Business Intelligence is extremely IT heavy just fyi, need to learn a lot about data management, configuring data warehouses and creating dashboards to interconnect data from the backend for the specified front end application. You will need to learn Sql (simple database language), and in the job you will be dealing with data management issues for a good portion of the time.
These skills are in high demand in system integration type work with IBM, Accenture, Delloitte consulting firms.
