Hi All
I am preparing to write GMAT soon before November. I took my first test ever without reading or revising anything. I attempted the test with whatever I know. Math seems a strong point for me. I have clearly forgotten some formulas and I need to brush them.
Now, the real challenge is verbal. Can you guys tell me how should I improve this section? And how I can improve my score and obviously I want to get into 700+ bracket. I can study 2 hours a day and maybe more on the weekends.
Thanks for the help!
I hope to visit this forum regularly to get some motivation.

Sally
I would invest in the full set of
Manhattan GMAT books, and start going through section by section. Although a 37Q is a strong foundation, you'll still need to work to push that up a bit. Most people shoot for an 80%/80% split (which would be around 48q/37v) which would put you right at 690 or 700.
Great start, it's tough to take on this test prior to gaining exposure to all of the oddities with question types and timing. Good luck, and definitely plan on using as many resources on here as possible.
