The mode of a set of integers is x. What is the difference between the median of this set of integers and x ?

(1) The difference between any two integers in the set is less than 3.

(2) The average of the set of integers is x.

I think the answer is B but I'm not sure on this one.

I think is C

1) Insufficient: The median cannot be determined

2) Insufficient: The median no necessarily can be X for example: (1,2,3,4,4,10) the mode is 4, the average is 4, and the median is 3.5

1 & 2 combined limit the set, because X is the mode and the average, and the difference between any two integers is less than two, it must be in the middle, therefore X is the median. Sufficient
