the 5 digits from 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 is 6*6C4=2160

5 digit numbers divisible by 9 are to be formed by using the digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 (without repetition): 2160/9 - 24, because every 10 cases will have a repetition number
thus the answer is 216
