Foreman: I would like to request that my team utilize the FSTS welding rigs rather than the Wayland TS rigs for the next construction project. Training new welders on the FSTS costs almost thirty percent less.

foreman = team utilize FSTS instead of TS. training cost for FSTS reduce is almost 30% less.
manager= not compelling reason. we can hire experienced people who can use TS directly w/o any training.
A if experienced people asks for higher wage then foreman's suggestion makes more sense. it will help with 2 two: less pay and less costly training. so this weakens managers propositiion.
B good for them. career growth is needed. but we dont care about that. get out.
C but passage saying hire experienced one for TS. so this has no impact. cross.
D company should focus on productivity and take some measurement to increase it. sorry but this is of no use. reject.
E passage only concerned about hiring of new or old people. this maintenance is not really concern here. so toss it out.
