There is no main verb in this sentence.

Now this is the correct one, some people would say this is incorrect option because of the last sentence "their range extending.."
Lets crack this one:

Found in the North Atlantic Ocean: is correctly modifying Atlantic bluefin tuna

Atlantic bluefin tuna: Subject
Survive: Verb
their range extending: is an absolute phrase which tells us about atlantic bluefin tuna

This option is  CORRECT

C)  Atlantic bluefin tuna, found in the North Atlantic Ocean and surviving through extremes of temperature,  with their range  extending

Atlantic bluefin tune: Subject, But there is not Verb...with their range is extending should replace with " Range"

This is a fragment, Therefore INCORRECT

D)  Atlantic bluefin tuna, found in the North Atlantic Ocean and surviving through extremes of temperature,  their range extends

Again same problem like option C, there is no verb. Therefore, INCORRECT

E)  Atlantic bluefin tuna are found in the North Atlantic Ocean, survive through extremes of temperature, and  their  range extend

This sentence deals with modifier use and parallel structure.  It is important to make sure that the modifiers match up with the correct antecedent. Differences are highlighted in the text.

This is  INCORRECT . The modifier should refer to the tuna, not the tuna’s range.

B) Found in the North Atlantic Ocean,  Atlantic bluefin tuna  survive through extremes of temperature,  their range extending  
This is  CORRECT . The modifiers correctly match up with their antecedents. It flows well and is parallel.

C)  Atlantic bluefin tuna , found in the North Atlantic Ocean and surviving through extremes of temperature,  with their range extending  
This is  INCORRECT . This is not a complete sentence! There is the subject (tuna) and then a list of three modifiers- but no verb!

D)  Atlantic bluefin tuna , found in the North Atlantic Ocean and surviving through extremes of temperature,  their range extends  
This is  INCORRECT . This sentence is a mess. Tuna is a subject that instead of a verb has a few modifying clauses. So, we have a few clauses modifying the subject, and then we have a sentence that starts with a subject (their range) and verb (extends) but doesn’t work with the previous modifiers.

E) Atlantic bluefin tuna  are found  in the North Atlantic Ocean,  survive  through extremes of temperature, and  their range extends  
This is  INCORRECT . This sentence is built out as a list of characteristics of the tuna. This sentence does not use parallel structure because a second subject (their range) is added into the list of characteristics for the tuna, and the previous two items in the list started with a verb (are found and survive).
 
 There you have it - option B is the correct choice!

Apart from all the errors stated above, Option e has subject-verb agreement error also - 
Atlantic bluefin tuna  are  found in the North Atlantic Ocean, survive through extremes of temperature, and their range  extends 
Atlantic bluefin tuna - Singular subject
Are - plural
extends - singular

The plural of fish is fish.
Similarly, the plural of tuna is tuna.
tuna-are is a correct pair.

The subject of the verb 'extends' is range.
range-extends is a correct pair.
