I am not sure what the intent is. All his/her posts pretty much advertises the site https://bdeconomy.blogspot.com/
If he/she is the owner of the site, I think he/she is just looking for a way to increase traffic to the site.
If he/she isn't the owner, then he/she is just giving us good information. (Although I am not sure if the content on that site is copyrighted...)
