The only problem with trusting every free resource you have online is that you will end up spending time and doing stuff you are not supposed to do. GMAT preparation is typically a focused 6-8 weeks effort and you should be on the straight and narrow regarding what you should be reading. It would be a sheer waste if you take a test that is not representative of the actual GMAT (both in terms of question type as well as scoring algorithm).

I know I might be repeating what is already said here - but wanted to make sure that the risk is underlined.
