My candidates have received generous scholarships but no full scholarships yet - that said, none of them honestly had the GMAT score to merit. One of my clients had an abysmal test score, but a CFA, and got a nice scholarship that he later turned down to go to Georgetown.
I will say, however, if you are an international student one huge benefit is that you get a
3-year work visa to work in Canada to pay off loans; this is a big advantage, I believe. Only for 2-year program applicants which makes Rotman quite alluring. So, look at the big picture.
