Thanks.
I got returned from the exam center on the day as i didn't have the passport at that time.Now as it is my fault as per their policies i have to retake the appointment.
Is it justified?can anything can be done in this regard?
and please tell which forum i put this up, i am link to gmatclub only.

This is justified as you as a GMAT taker must have gone over the policies. This is an important step that is also mentioned in the appointment email that you get after you book your GMAT. You can not challenge this as it was your fault that you did not have your passport. For certain countries passport is the ONLY form of identification. You would have to reschedule the test.

I am tagging OfficialGMAT who is the official GMAC representative at GMATCLUB. Feel free tor each out to him and ask him what are your options apart from rescheduling the test.

I agree that as a Gmat test taker i would have to go through all the policies of GMAT that must be expected from GMAT takers but i assume the Proper ID as government issued ID's like PAN,Driving license etc.In my case at the test day when i asked the test center to reschedule it at their end but they asked me to call to customer care .As it was saturday and your customer care only works from Monday to friday only ,then how would i be able to reschedule my appointment at that time.
After reaching the customer care on Monday they straight away denied to reschedule it and asked me to take a fresh appointment .
Had a very bad day on that day.
