You will have to wait until November 22nd when the app fee waiver instructions are sent out.
I do not know exactly how each AdCom will be handling things, let alone the mysterious school with Dec 5th deadline you set up.

Hey bb,

I have attended multiple Q&As with Adcom. Will I get a guaranteed fee waiver on my application by December 5th? If not, I will mail a request to Adcom with the document available in the application form.

I have attended the MBA fair event on Nov 13-14. But I haven't got any updates from anyone on the application fee waiver yet. Can someone please give me some updates. Thanks in advance. bb @gmatclub

P.S. Which school said there was a form? I am just curious if you remember.

We have started getting emails for application fee waivers. But when checking on the application portal waiver is still not elible. I mean I tried for Emory and Kelly, it is asking me to do payment to submit application.

Anyone else also seeing same issue?

Hi. This may be likely the case as we have only been able to collect all the data and send it over to the MBA programs on Wednesday and today is Friday.
There is probably going to be some lag between when they receive and how fast they rush to input the data into their systems.

I have sent an inquiry to Emory and Kelley to find out when they will be processing these. In turn, this has triggered a reply from Kelley and a change of directions vs. what we previously had from them. You should have received an updated email with the instructions. I am posting them here for reference just in case:

  1. Waiver Redemption Instructions:
    IU Kelley AdCom will reach out to you with an individual code for your application fee waiver by Jan 1, 2025. If you have not received this code via email by Jan 1, 2025, please reach out to the Kelley AdCom. If you are receiving this message, your email has been sent to their team.

Thank you everyone for participating in the MBA Spotlight Fair! Here are some important updates as of Today, Friday, November 22:

  1. All application fee waiver details have been delivered to the MBA programs to process and update their systems. This may take some time (they don't inform me about the details of fast they will process these but I am hoping it won't take more than 2 weeks).
  2. I will update everyone in case I hear something, here in this topic and only in this topic, so follow it, bookmark it, etc so you can get notifications of reply.
  3. Everyone who has attended sessions should have received an email with the confirmation of attendance and details proving that you are eligible for the application fee waiver. If you have NOT received an email, that means you need to check your junk folder or you did not attend a session. Please note that this is an automated system and i did not magically remove your email from it, nor can I magically add it.
  4. All emails have gone out over the course of the past 12 hours or so in case you need to check your junk folder.
