Just finished the survey. You might want to change rating mobile application question to optional since some people never use it on mobile.

Completed the error log survey.

Not error log but a forum quiz related suggestion: You can consider adding reverse timer(just like GMAT exam), and hide individual qn timer(keeping on the tracker for analytics) so that users can get better accustomed to the exam environment.
