what are my chances of getting admitted to these four schools if I got a 540 gmat score (q 44, v 21) and 3.3 gpa from felician college(nj) with a teaching degree, decent app essay, good recommendations letters, and no business work exp.

There is an MBA Tour conference in NYC this Saturday (July 23). I believe that Baruch and Hofstra will be in attendance. You might want to go and speak to the admissions reps there.

Also check out the schools' websites and see what the GMAT, GPA, and work experience ranges are for admitted students.

I would say, you would have little trouble getting in at these schools.
