Hi,
I want to share my awful GMAT test experience. I took my first test in December 2013, took just 13 days of off from work and scored a 590. In which I was short on time in Quant and just finished Verbal. Then I thought if I put in more effort I'll definitely score at least 650+. I took an off of 3 months from work and took the GMAT very confidently, scored 650+ in all free mocks but finally scored 510 only. I completed the Quant section 15 mins before time and Verbal 5 mins before time because I skipped an RC, thinking I won't be able to finish it. I was shattered, I'm not even in the position to apply this year. But I'm not going to give up so soon. I plan on taking it again next month or so and applying next year.
I am looking for studying tips this time to get my verbal score close to 35 and quant close to a 50. Since I've prepared twice using the same resources, which additional resources should I look at or maybe should I change my strategy of using the
OG?
RC is my biggest weakness because I'm a very slow reader.
Resources used- Grockit, Jamboree Blue Book for Verbal, OG13 and all free tests available online
Looking forward to some guidance
