I've been trying to cancel the scores on my own on the website, but under the status for my GMAT exam there are no actionable items. It doesn't show I can cancel the scores anywhere on the website as if the site hasn't been updated after I took the exam.
1. Try a different browser: Edge/Firefox/Opera if you're on Chrome.
2. Try another system/connection.
3. Document your attempts (take screenshots).
4. Email everything to Pearson customer support.
I don't think steps (1) and (2) are really going to help, as the problem is probably with their systems. I think (hope) that the link will appear tomorrow. Start checking early morning (not that I need to tell you that

Finally, schools are generally interested in your highest score, so I wouldn't worry too much about this if I were you.
