I have just finished a GMAT club test and I was wandering how accurate is the algorithm that calculates the percentiles in each category.

I know that nothing compares to the official gmat moc tests, but how close are the percentiles that I received from gmat club test to the percentiles I would get from the official gmat, if I had faced the same exact questions and given the same answers?

For the record, it was my second moc test. The first was the official GMAT diagnostic, in which I scored 495, taken a month ago. In today’s test I scored 545, so I want to see whether this 50 points increase can be considered relatively accurate.
Hi ChristosXiro,

We should try not to compare scores across providers. It'd be nice to know now whether that 545 is a real improvement, but for now, it's better to see it as a positive sign rather than an exact number.

That said, it's very likely that you have improved in the month since you took your first practice test. Keep it up.
