I've noticed an trend in my scores on GMATClub. I either score poorly or I score really well lol. These have all been taken post my first GMAT in which I scored a Q47. I'm looking to get up there to Q49. Writing my next one this Friday.

Test 1: 29
Test 2: 50
Test 3: 51
Test 4: 37
Test 5: 41
Test 5: 45
Test 6: 50

I don't know how to interpret it. I'm just sharing to see if anyone has any insights into my results. In my GMATPrep exams I hovered between Q47 and Q49.

Thanks for posting! Wow. That is a pretty significant fluctuation. I don't think I have heard of many people with scores jumping up and down like that. Would be interested to see if anyone else has this situation.... is there any particular reason you were able to attribute the score changes? certain topics or mistakes?

lol the 51 really made me jump out of my seat. i felt I got a few good educated guesses there. Overall I'm not sure. the 29 and 37 I wrote in the middle of the night, so maybe exhaustion came into play. At the same time, the 50 I scored latest happened at 2am at night after I'd pulled an all-nighter the night before due to a company deadline lol.

I would say that the majority of my tests felt like they involved number properties, inequalities, and word problems so maybe those are my strengths?

Anyways, hoping I get closer to the better scores on the real thing this Friday :)

1- Q46
2- Q35

I am trying analyze the pattern and see if I'm being thrown off my certain topics. All the best on your test :)
