For the next few weeks, we’ll work on strengthening your GMAT fundamentals and building accuracy step by step. The idea is to do this together as a group so you can learn from each other’s strengths and support each other where needed. Before we study, let's first measure where we are. Weekly time budget : 10 to 15 hours total Week 1 rules (so the group stays aligned) Quant : no calculator, focus on clean setup and accuracy first Timing ramp : start untimed, then soft-timed, then normal pacing only after accuracy stabilizes Review : keep an error log from Day 1 (details below) Group standard : when you share a question, post your full attempt before reading explanations Daily workflow (use this in any week) Learn (reading or video): 30 to 60 minutes Practice (small sets): 45 to 90 minutes Review (error log + redo): 20 to 40 minutes GMAT Mini Quiz: https://gmatclub.com/quiz/gmat-mini-quiz Don’t panic about the score. This is just to identify our base line. We will take our first official mock in a few days, but not immediately. Let’s first get a bit familiar with the format so we don’t end up wasting that attempt without knowing what to expect. These are just commonly referenced materials. Please do not feel restricted to them. If you are already using a prep company, a different book, or your own preferred source, continue with that. The goal here is structure and discussion, not forcing everyone onto the same material. Note: To make things easy, we've included practice links throughout the plan with the topic, source and difficulty already selected. However, everyone learns at their own pace! If you ever feel like the questions are a bit too tough or too easy, go ahead and adjust the difficulty level accordingly. Week 1: Arithmetic, Fractions, Ratios, Percent Let’s be clear upfront: If arithmetic, fractions, ratios, and percent aren’t solid, everything later feels harder than it should like Work & Rate, Mixtures, Probability, even DI. So this week is not about speed or tricks. It’s about clean thinking, clean setup, and building confidence early. And that’s because most CR mistakes don’t come from not knowing the answer choices but they come from not seeing the argument clearly in the first place. If yes then you’re ready for CR practice weeks. If not then you should reread one guide and slow down further. hr1212 For phase two of 20 streak of official style questions in the course, it looks like the only source for pool of questions is trending. What should I do when trying to launch the quiz and it say the pool of questions is low to launch the quiz? What are other sources besides the trending that will give official style question for phase 2?

Hi. Official style does not mean official - we probably should rephrase that to be less confusing.
You can use most of the questions in the quiz for that. 1000 series are very high quality as well as variety of others. Let me know if there is no quiz link and I will add one so it can create a quick template.

Hi. For the first 8-9 weeks it is not critical. That's not where the difference comes in, esp in quant. Just avoid the GMAT Prep Focus pool on the forum (it is not loadable in quiz) as that has Practice Questions from the focus GMAT Prep and will inflate your score and mess you up.

P.S. I have used only Kaplan questions in my prep which are great for quant (not the best for verbal) - that's different from MGMAT by the way, I used the old Kaplan questions and never laid eyes on the OG and still figured out how things work and what to do, so the source of questions is important to a certain extent (if they suck, it is bad) but again for quant, it is hard to write sucky questions.... speaking of which avoid Nova, Barrons, Peterson, and even Princeton I would stay away from as well as "other" source - that's unknown and they are not bad by definition but they are undppredictable

Hi! There are 2 ways to go about this - you can switch to forum practice for the official ones or if you want to go about with the quiz’s trending option, you can reattempt questions you missed in your earlier attempts. You won’t find all official questions in quiz format due to legal reasons.

All the questions in the study plan are easy and lower medium level questions, when will we even do harder questions in the plan?
