This year's theme will be the World Cup. Thank you AndrewN for suggesting the theme! We are changing things up this year and asking everyone to vote for the team names for the competition. Once the voting is over, the top 4 players will lead the 4 teams that will compete in our GMAT Club World Cup Get involved Now - Vote for your favorite players to determine which 4 teams will face each other in the GMAT World Cup Competition. Stage 1: Vote for your 4 of your favorite players. Voting Closes on June 26 Stage 2: Sign up for teams. Registration begins July 4th, 2022 Stage 3: Competition Begins on July 11 at 6 AM PST / 9 AM EST / 13:00 GMT / 18:30 IST GMAT Club's World Cup competition in Details: The unique part about the GMAT Club World Cup competition is that it is both team-based and individual. There are team and individual prizes at the end. This will be our 4th annual competition! Previously we have had 2021 GMAT Club Olympics , 2020 Heroes of Timers , and 2019 Game of Timers . You will need to register to join a team. The process of assigning you to a team is random, so you won't have a chance to choose which team you join but that's part of the fun. Between July 11 and July 22, 2022, you will then compete by answering some tough quant and verbal questions. You will be awarded points based on how well and fast you answer as well as for providing explanations, and using the timer on GMAT Club. We are hoping to have lots of prizes this year - it will depend on the prize sponsors as to what is offered, though as usual we will be offering GMAT Club Tests and Quizzes to the entire winning team! Surprised to see very less picks for Courtois. Hands down the man of the Champions League Finals.

He is the worst nightmare of most of these players

Not sure if he is the nightmare but definitely a cold blanket and a downer for their celebration dance. Thank you Bunuel for adding some videos to help with the highlights of these players. Some are very accomplished but not marketed well

And I never noticed or realized just how huge and towering Van Dijk was compared to some of the other players. It is tough to get noticed as a defender (fine, center back) but you can't just have a team out of forwards

you got the wrong picture for Hazard. The picture is of Thorgan Hazard, and I'm pretty sure the reference intended is for his brother Eden Hazard, a Real Madrid galactico!

You know, my son did say that Hazard looked wrong but I googled it and showed him the image and he reluctantly agreed that it was the correct image... (I did not even think twice about it not knowing that he had a brother

)

Fixed and thank you for restoring the truth!

Might want to fix the banner ad in the same way, third guy from the right, for the sake of consistency.

Werner and Muller came to mind for Germany. Gnarby is a rising star (I think) but my soccer consultant did not suggest any of them for the top 10 😇
