As Abhi said above, time management is definitely an issue, on both sections. Your first half of verbal averaged an extra 10 seconds, which hurt you at the end. 10 seconds doesn't sound like much, but these are generally the easier questions which you should be able to breeze through, and after 20 of them, it adds up to a few minutes of lost time. Then, there is the low RC and IR scores, which I believe are correlated here.
Q45 is a pretty good score despite the percentile, and with a little better care of timing I think you could bump up a few points. You really slid downwards at the end, and I wouldn't be surprised if that took alone you from ~q47 to q45. This could be a stamina issue based on the test order, or maybe just rushing. It is hard to tell which from the esr.
One thing you might want to try to work on during practice exams is knowing when to skip a question, or guess once it is narrowed down. You spend a lot of time on incorrect answers, especially during the second quarter of the sections when things are just starting to ramp up. This puts you in a tough spot later, as questions get harder and you have even less time to do them.
