GMAT Exam center converted to online test without consent

GMAT Exam center converted to online test without consent [#permalink] New post   08 Jul 2020, 10:11
I had my exam scheduled on 8th April, 2020 at a GMAT test center. Due to lockdown I received an email from GMAC that my exam has been rescheduled with a placeholder date of 31st December. Now I want to reschedule my exam but I can't, as I don't see any status in front of my 8th April appointment, and there is no other option of rescheduling in my account.

I had the same thing happen to me, rescheduled to 31st December, however I have the option to reschedule.
Why don't you just cancel it and book a separate appointment. You'll get your money back anyway though it will take some time.

Have you tried calling the folks at GMAC to see if you can reschedule over the phone?
