Admidog
Hi everyone,
I recently took my GMAT and scored 685. I want to apply to HSW, Columbia, and Kellogg.
I will have 4 years of work experience when I join the MBA program with a Venture Capital fund, I have worked on deals in the Clean energy and semiconductor (deep tech) space. I have referrals from entrepreneurs, for example - a founder and CEO of a $400 Million valued company (a deal I worked on as an investment analyst and portfolio manager).
I have graduated from one of the top 6 IITs with a college GPA of around 8.0 (top 15 percentile). Since my college grades are a little low and the GMAT score is just okay, I was contemplating my options for a 2 year MBA from the US.
I would love some help and guidance here.
Hi Admidog,
Why do you think your GMAT score is "just okay"? It's a very, very good score, and I don't see any red flags here.
All the best.
I am an Indian male (very over-represented), hence I think it's hard to get into HSW or similar top schools with this score
