Hi NoBigDeal, at this point, you can do some light reviewing today and tomorrow, but the thing that will make the biggest difference in your score is being well rested and focused on test day.
Don't spend all night cramming like you might have in high school. The GMAT is a test of how you think, not what you know, so it's akin to running a race. If you're going to run a half marathon on Monday, you shouldn't run 10K on Sunday, it will only tire you out. Remember that the exam is made difficult by the tricky wording and misdirection, so if you're fresh on Monday you're far less likely to fall into the traps the testmakers have laid out for you. Sleep well, have a good breakfast and try to keep calm and use your adrenaline as a positive motivator.
As for your question: absolutely you can cross the 600 barrier. You're pretty much there already, one less trap fallen into and the score is yours.
Best of luck and feel free to let the community know how it went.
Thanks!
