GMAT in 3 weeks [#permalink]

I took my first GMAT Prep yesterday and scored a 680 (Quant 47 Verbal 36)
Clearly looks like my verbal needs more preparation. I am very disapointed because I got approx. 14 wrong in each section. Inspite of that, my score was 680. Does that sound right?

I have 3 weeks and I my plan is -

Revise OG 11 again
Finish Quantative tool offered by mba.com (heard that it is excellent)
Take GMAT Prep Test 2
Reload GMAT Prep and go through entire question bank
Revise math formulae and SC notes

If I have time, do 2 MGMAT CATs

With my current score and 3 week plan, do I have a chance of cracking 700 or more?

Any other suggestions/ comments are welcome.
Thank you!

Number of questions wrong has nothing to do with your score. (Unless you are using Kaplan CAT - that thing is weird and unrealistic to actual GMAT)

GMAt score is about your skill level. If you keep getting at Verbal level 36 question and keep getting higher level questions wrong but keep getting level 36 right, then your score will be still 36.

Thing about GMAt is that it's really accruate of one's skill level. So I think you can repeat your Q47 (or around that score) in the actual GMAT. To improve your verbal score, I would seriously look at your verbal diagnostics and find your weaknesses. then practice OG questions related to your weakness. Read all answer explanation in OG whether you got the question right or wrong. They help. Good luck
