Hi Supss,

Statistically-speaking, raising a 600 to the point that you can consistently score 670+ will likely require at least another 1.5 months of consistent, guided study - and depending on you are scoring on your CATs/mocks right now, you might have to make significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections. Thankfully, the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level. That having been said, the type of score improvement that you're looking for in just 1 additional week of study is probably too difficult of a task to be considered realistic.

Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

Hi! thanks for your response
Everything you said makes 100% sense and i completely agree.
unfortunately I have not had a structured studying for gmat. I registered for the exam one month back. I have technically been studying for a little more than just a month - about 2 to 3 hours every day. and last 10 days i have solely dedicated to studying, so say roughly 6-7 hours.

My quant is fine. I'm scoring a q48 on the OG mock. But verbal is where i am doing extremely terrible, especially CR!

Mentally I am ready for another attempt where I will give myself sufficient time, but I'm just trying my luck and my best efforts for this attempt too!
