Dear e-gmat subscribers,

Hi, I have recently purchased an upgrade GMAT Plus Live from e-gmat, and I have problem accessing the new platform. Have anyone experience such issues? I have tried contacting the administrator by email and PM via gmatclub forum, but I have yet to get any response. Please help. Thanks.

Hm... That's unusual. Usually they reply within 12 hours.
Please give them a bit of time to reply. They probably have already.

Is this worth it?
I used their stuff 3 yrs ago.. have they changed features? Does their verbal mimic the actual gmat question?

Dear egmat administrator,

Please update my current account as I have problem accessing the currently purchased egmat, GMAT LIVE Plus package. I still cannot see any changes and access the newly purchased updates. Furthermore, my account does not indicate that I have recently purchased an update, despite payment being credited.
