So Manhattan isn’t needed right
Manhattan books are great for building fundamentals, but only if you are willing to invest in them. Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot promote sharing second hand copies here. If you still want to exchange them, it would be better to do it through other means

Okay got it
Yes I wish to get that let me know from where can we connect on this
Sorry, I’m not the right person for this as I have physical copies. You may want to check with someone else in the group who can help. And I would advise that if you can, it’s probably better to buy your own copies. Considering how expensive an MBA can be, it’s a fairly small investment in the bigger picture.

Hi this is Shlok here
Joined a group a little late but just wanted some guidance
I have the OG guide from 25-26 and have completed all Qs from the book entirely, although still not getting a good score in mocks
Quant is my strongest section while Verbal and DI are mixed..
Would like to get clarity on certain concepts and tricks for these 2 sections specifically
Got 100% accuracy for the quant practice sets of phase 1 (easy level)
Should I try sets from a higher difficulty or move onto verbal/DI for now?
This warrants its own in depth discussion, so I have created a separate thread for it -

Hii everyone... I need a suggestion ...I had prepared for gmat 1.5 yrs back with Magoosh, unfortunately i have lost half of my notes and my subscription is over...now im planning to invest in a good resource to restart and have Magoosh and Manhattan test prep in mind, but confused bcoz i have never checked manhattan prep till now...when I was using magoosh I found the quant study material very useful but their questions and test were not so great...is manhattan prep good for practice questions or study material as well? Could anyone plz help me decide?

Manhattan’s books are really good. If you have used the Magoosh course, it’s fairly compact and focuses on getting you through the process quickly by hitting the main items. Manhattan is more in depth and it would take a bit more time to cover but with the promise of hopefully a higher score because you’re covering more material with more niche topics and they have pretty good instruction.

I don’t think that manhatten prep books are depth oriented. For instance, absolute value concept was just half to 1 page while aditya’s session was almost 4 hours long on youtube which was quite insightful and very helpful to understand it from the foundation.

Manhattan books can be a good point to start but don’t expect to get a high score just from that book. There are several concepts which were never mentioned but came across while practicing on gmatclub
Compared to Magoosh - they are. Also there is a trade off between Time invested into every topic and how much you forget by the time you take the GMAT. Your measure should probably be a quick quiz to see if you need to invest more than the time in your book or course. Lots of people scored 99th percentile with Manhattan materials.

Agreed. I don’t think any single resource can get you a strong score on its own. It mostly comes down to how well you practice, review your mistakes, and improve iteratively. Once you have a decent grasp of the concepts, it’s always best to double down on practice.

Thank you for such insightful inputs! Ill take a quick quiz and see if I need to invest that much time in book or course..Thanks again! Ill mostly go for manhattan now as I understand from your inputs that it is better than Magoosh, apart from concepts the questions in manhattan would be better to for practice

I am studying from the GMAT forum quiz for the past 5 months, i want to buy the test series, should i buy the official ones from mba.com, manhatten prep or the ones available on GMAT Club?
I am stuck in the range of 600-650 for the past 3 test and i think giving mocks and analyzing weaker sections would help me?

Kindly suggest good full length mock test considering time period and quality
