I took an online exam on October 15th, but I have yet to receive my official GMAT score.I attempted to contact the GMAC team, the examity team, the Pearson team, and the GMAT team via phone but received no response.claiming that it has escalated in the last 14 days,There has been no response to my email to date; could anyone please assist

I tried to contact them through email but got no response. I tried by phone and had daily conversations for two weeks every time they said they would escalate.On the last call, I asked if I needed the results right now in a friendly manner, and he told me to wait. After 10 minutes, he said the security team would contact you once the results were published.I gave up.

This level of sad state of affairs.
We pay 275$ for this.
I'm facing a similar situation. I too don't have any administrative review.
What hurts more is I know a guy who appeared yesterday and got the scores today. The delay seems unnecessary after hearing such cases.

Dear, you mean 14 business days or 14 calendar days? I haven’t got my score 10 calendar days, 7 business days and I’ve already started to get anxious about it. :(

Mine is 52 calendar days old and it's counting even though I have not received any response except the request number reply. I'm worried about the deadline approaching.

Sometimes they hold the call and say the security team will contact you via email once the score is ready.


If you ask a question, they say we don't have much information. Sorry.

Haven’t yet, cause the banner on the GMAC site said ‘please check after 10 business days’… I am counting the date every day. Do you think it’s OK to give the folks a call on business day 8? And when did you have your test? :cry:

Sorry to hear that. So it has been escalated several times but with no results? Every time they said you would get your scores tomorrow or is this the latest news? Really hope we can get our official report soon.😭
