When you're thinking about what the test proctors are focusing on, put yourself in their position. They're looking for signs of cheating:
1) talking out loud (even to yourself)
2) looking away in a direction other than your computer or whiteboard
3) hearing other voices or sounds
4) any sort of feedback noises that seem suspicious

Using good sense will keep you away from any interruptions or cancellations of your online test attempt.
