I had given GMAT Online exam on 15th January 2022 and I am yet to receive my test score. I got email from Test Security Team, that my test has been flagged for administrative review and they are not responding further. No response from customer care was well. There were two minor technical issues during the test. Initial two sections Verbal & Quant, there were no issues. However, In the next two sections, there was internet connectivity issue for 3-4 minutes. I dont know what is it upto, whether I will receive my score or whether it will be revoked. Anybody facing similar issues?

The so called administrative review for 20 business days never changed anything in my case as the ridiculous and infuriating score remained. If I ever have to take GMAT again it'll be at a test centre.

I'm sorry to hear about the technical issues that you faced during your Exam (and the subsequent delay in receiving your Official Score). The issues that occurred during the Essay and IR sections are why your Exam was 'flagged' for review. Unfortunately, a number of Test-takers have reported having to wait several weeks to receive word back (either with Verified results or a cancelled Score) - and there's not much that can be done to speed up the process. You might ultimately be fine though (since neither the Essay nor the IR sections have any impact on your Overall Score out of 800, it would be interesting for GMAC/Examity to cancel your results based on tech issues during the sections that many Schools do not care much about).
