Hi abalodi,
With these sorts of 'technical issues', there's a reasonable chance that you will be given a free retest, although that 'resolution' is not guaranteed to occur. That all having been said, since this was the At-home version of the GMAT and this issue occurred at the END of the Verbal section (re: you had already completed the Quant section), the impact on your Overall Score MIGHT have been minimal. Obviously, getting 4 questions wrong in a row would hurt your Score, but one (or more) of those questions could have been Experimental (meaning that it/they did NOT count towards your Score at all) and you may have actually correctly answered one (or more) of those questions. This is meant to say that if you were really unhappy about this Score result (and/or you significantly under-performed), then there are far more factors to consider than just losing those 3 minutes near the end of the Verbal section on Test Day.
In another thread (here:
https://gmatclub.com/forum/out-of-gmat- ... 43187.html), I posted a few questions about your studies and goals that we should discuss before you schedule your next attempt. While this recent issue was clearly frustrating, it's worth noting that the GMAT is still the same consistent, predictable Exam that it's always been - so you CAN train to score at a higher level.
